A seat is one named person who can sign in to your workspace, whether an admin or an analyst. Pending invitations reserve a seat until they are accepted or revoked.
Yes. Admins change the seat count in Billing & seats. The difference for the rest of your billing period is charged, or credited, straight away.
Yes, at any time from Billing & seats. The change applies immediately and the difference is worked out pro rata.
By card, securely through Stripe, when you create your workspace. Receipts and invoices are in Billing & seats → Manage billing. Enterprise plans can also pay by invoice.
